Terms of Service

Usage Agreement: April 8, 2026

01. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing this technical node, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. EIsian LLC provides managed infrastructure and development services subject to these conditions.

02. SERVICE DELIVERY

EIsian maintains 99.9% uptime for our managed infrastructure environments. Development timelines are established via individual Project Briefs and are subject to the technical requirements specified therein.

03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Clients maintain full ownership of all custom-developed assets once final payment milestones are reached. EIsian retains ownership of core internal proprietary software frameworks used in infrastructure management unless otherwise specified.

04. LIABILITY ALLOCATION

While EIsian implements rigorous security and backup protocols, the client acknowledges the inherent risks of digital networking. EIsian is not liable for data loss occurring due to third-party outages or unmonitored infrastructure components.
